The minimum stay is 30 days. Long Stay is a month-to-month agreement — without commitments for a predetermined long term, with the possibility of extending the stay as needed. When signing the contract, a payment is required upfront for the entire month; formalities are kept to a minimum. We do not charge any deposit. Long Stay apartments at Arche Hotel Krakowska are available without a deposit fee when renting for 30 days or more. The only upfront charge is the payment for the first full month, paid upon signing the contract.

Each configuration is priced individually — the price depends on the selected area. The fixed monthly fee includes: apartment rent, utilities (electricity and water), buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, unlimited Wi-Fi, unlimited access to the gym, weekly cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry and ironing services, cable TV, air conditioning, security and monitoring, 24-hour reception service, and an underground parking space subject to availability. Yes, the Long Stay offer is dedicated to both companies and private individuals. A company can sign a contract for the accommodation of an employee delegated to Warsaw — without a deposit, on flexible month-to-month terms, and with a fixed monthly fee. Please agree on invoicing terms and any changes to the accommodated person directly with the reception.

Long Stay apartments can only be booked by direct contact with the hotel — not through the standard online system. The kitchenette is available in 50 m² and 45 m² apartments. The 42 m² studio apartment and single and double rooms do not have a kitchenette. In case of no kitchenette, we especially recommend choosing the Long Stay offer with breakfast.

Yes, all Long Stay apartments and rooms are fully furnished and equipped — you can move in without purchasing any furniture or appliances. Standard equipment includes furniture, cable TV, air conditioning, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A detailed list of equipment for each configuration is available during the apartment viewing.

Yes, laundry and ironing services at the hotel are included in the standard Long Stay offer. The service is available on-site for all residents. Please discuss the schedule and laundry ordering procedure with the reception upon check-in.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in all Long Stay configurations. Larger apartments (45 m² and 50 m²) have separate living areas that can be arranged as a remote work space. The hotel also provides shared spaces, including the lobby. It is advisable to confirm the availability of a dedicated desk in the selected configuration directly when booking.

Standard apartment cleaning including changing bed linen and towels takes place once a week and is included in the monthly fee. If you need additional cleaning outside the standard schedule, you can arrange this directly with the reception — terms and any extra charges should be agreed with the hotel staff.

The Royal Hotel SPA is available on-site for all guests and Long Stay residents. However, SPA treatments are not included in the standard monthly Long Stay fee — they are available for an additional charge according to the SPA price list. Yes, Arche Hotel Krakowska is a pet-friendly establishment — we accept dogs, cats, and other pets. The accommodation fee for an animal is 70 PLN per day, for each animal in the room, 50% of which is donated to charity for shelters. Near the hotel, there is Szczęśliwicki Park and several smaller squares ideal for daily walks. Please confirm your stay with a pet under the Long Stay agreement when booking.

For the Long Stay offer, there are two options to choose from: rental with buffet breakfasts included in the price or a no-breakfast option, which makes the monthly fee correspondingly lower. Regardless of the chosen option, the following are also available on site: the Impresja restaurant serving modern international cuisine, the Na Słotko café with freshly ground coffee and sweet pastries, and the Lobby Bar No.237 with a wide selection of drinks. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant are available for an additional charge.

Renting a spot in the underground parking lot is an additional paid service and is not included in the monthly Long Stay fee. It is possible to purchase such a spot, but please remember that parking availability depends on free spaces. The hotel also has an above-ground parking lot. The issue of availability and costs of a guaranteed parking space should be discussed directly with the reception when signing the contract.

The hotel is located at Aleja Krakowska 237, 02-180 Warsaw, in the Włochy district — 3 km from Chopin Airport (Okęcie) and 7 km from the city center. The drive from the airport takes about 5–10 minutes. The nearest public transport stop is right at the hotel, allowing for convenient bus or tram travel to downtown Warsaw. Yes, the Szczęśliwicki Park and several smaller green areas are located a short distance from the hotel — perfect for daily walks, jogging, or taking your dog out. Szczęśliwicki Park is one of the larger parks in this part of Warsaw, featuring extensive recreational facilities. It is recommended to check the exact walking time from the hotel on Google Maps.

Arche Hotel Krakowska is located on the main communication artery of the Włochy district — Aleja Krakowska — which provides access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and service points. The Włochy district is a well-developed part of Warsaw with full infrastructure for residents.
